Don’t forget the input hypothesis stated by Krashen ...the students need comprehensible oral input,in other words, they need the English spoken by you…..

Instead of telling off them, praise the positive attitudes with something material such as candies or extra points. I did it long time ago and it worked, I don’t teach children anymore only adolescents …better?

Sometimes I feel discouraged with my students (seniors high school) ‘they don’t seem to be interested in anything apart from theirs iPods, also the salary is not so good, but I love teching,the sensation of helping others is immense….and that is enough to make me get up at 6 am every day :)
