Thanks Mr John for offering your thoughts on the issue. For those teachers in Nigeria, pension is the way out. The reason is that savings diminish with consistent inflation rate. Times are hard in Nigeria now. That is why smart teachers plan adequately for retirement to avoid misery and poverty.

you have to show a lot of patience. i also recommend the use of pictures and making the class as engaging as possible to keep the child's interest going.

Since you are new in the school, it takes time to understand the students, and what interest them. Also your class should be conversational. Ask them questions, do not do all the talking alone draw them in.
