I own a small language school in Cyprus which many of you, I am sure, are aware of the economic crisis we are in.
A lot of people are having pay cuts or have lost their jobs and those who haven't are expecting it sooner or later.
I now have to give out re-registration forms for the new school year and prepare a letter to the parents on the reduction of fees and other cuts that I am yet unsure of.I want to show my sympathy to those who are and those who will face difficulties with the current situation.
If anyone has any ideas on how and what to write.

Re: Letter to parents
I always suggest using google and searching for your subject. They offer various ideas. I usually hand pick ideas from a few sites then come up with my own style of writing it up. Nice idea. I wouldn't use the word sympathy in the letter at all though. That is one thing that I sincerely suggest. Lots of Luck.
