I have answered a few questions and would like to know if I have made any mistakes.
I saw him this morning: past simple
I’ve seen him this morning: present simple
She’s gone to Paris: present continuous
She’s been to Paris: past simple
She went out when I got in: past continuous
She had gone out when I got in: past simple
She stopped smoking: past simple
She stopped to smoke: present continuous

1 and 7 are correct.
There are two tenses in 6 and one of them is correct.
You might also learn to number items where appropriate. It can help in many situations, including the classroom.

With regards to 6 are the two tenses past simple and present perfect?
If you could explain the rest I would be really grateful (or anybody else for that matter). I'm a bit stuck here and would really appreciate the help.

6 is past perfect followed by past simple.
Why don't you look at the following? It has all the tenses and explains their uses:

All your sentences use only three tenses: past simple, present perfect or past perfect. Concentrate on those three tenses in the link I gave you.
