Hi
I am currently a fully qualified modern languages teacher in Scotland considering tefl training and I have a few questions:
1. which course would be best for me being an experienced teacher already?
2. As I am a teacher already, would it be ok to go for the online training without the teaching practice/observation as I kind of "practice" every day?
thanks a lot for your answers

Re: TEFL training for a qualified language teacher?
CELTA and Trinity TESOL are the standard thing to do even for people in your position. Many of the good schools get so many good applications from people with those qualifications that they don't even bother looking at people without them. If you really know your stuff, you should get a B or an A, which makes a lot of difference for getting a good first job. Also, teaching adults and explaining English grammar will probably be new to you, so can't hurt as training and to pick up on the curious TEFL jargon.
