Forsun Education Is Good, Bad, or Ugly? Legit or Scam?

I was looking for a new job and ran into these people but something tells me that there is something wrong because I am being told I really don't need a Z visa for my first 90 days. Is this true? What do you guys know about this company that says they are from America but their web site is registered to a guy in Dalian, China? Thanks for your help with this as they are pressuring me to sign a contract with a 3 day deadline.
