Suitability for teaching English

Unread post by tfree9 » 22 May 2017, 16:58

Hi all,

I am considering teaching English in China, because I can speak Chinese and love the Chinese people, but my friend says I shouldn't because I struggle to complete coursework to deadlines (I tend to leave it to the last minute and have to stay up all night doing it) and having to prepare lessons for classes is like preparing coursework every day. Do you agree with this?

Many thanks for your input,

Tim

If you really want to teach, go for it. Just learn to live with the stress of doing things at the last minute. Or maybe you thrive on that.
