What resources can I use for teaching idioms?
Mork,
You could try “English Idioms in Use” published by Cambridge University Press.
Or: http://www.englishclub.com/vocabulary/idioms.htm
I’ll just add that it’s important to teach and practise idioms in context. I think care needs to be taken when teaching idioms. Foreigners can sound stilted or old-fashioned if they don’t know the connotation of idioms and can use them in unsuitable ways in formal situations.

Hello
I am the author of an app called “English Idioms Illustrated” which explains the origins and meanings of over 250 english idioms, in a comic strip format. The first 30 idioms are free, so it is quite a useful resource for teachers and students. It has one million downloads, 2,000 reviews 4.5 star average.

Re: Teaching idioms
Idioms and verbal phrases that are often idioms are very common in English. There are a lot of books and online lists that purport to list the most common ones or most useful ones or the best ones or . . . .; however, there is one list that is based on solid research. The list by Martinez and Schmitt was compiled by an analysis of the British National Corpus. It is at https://www.researchgate.net/publicatio ... 0/download .
