Here are the settings that we recommend:
1. Whitelist tefl.net
In your email programme, add news@tefl.net to your contacts now!
(If you don't see emails from TEFL.net, check your SPAM box!)
2. Edit your Notifications options
User Control Panel > Board preferences > Edit notification options
