Oxford or Cambridge?

Unread post by LarLara »

Hello!

I need some advice on course books. My language school is trying to get students to buy their own course book and we are going for Oxford or Cambridge but what is the real difference? Is any better Oxford than Cambridge or vice versa?

All comments welcome!!

Hello,

Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press are both publishers. They publish many educational books, including books for learning and teaching English. Each have produced good and not so good books, just like anybody. It's impossible to say which publisher is better but if you tell us the titles, users can comment on the books. Which books is your school considering?

Hello Lucy,

My DoS and the manager were discussing about which publisher was better. We are thinking about English File books from OUP or Face2face from CUP

Thanks for your comments.

These are universities of about the same level. There is no point in choosing between them as for me

We all have choices, right? So we can think quite a bit about them.fnaf 1
