Travel insurance

Unread post by chakstone »

Hello,

i am a bit new to this so please be nice.
i was wondering how to go about getting travel insurance to teach as most insurers will only insure you if you are traveling to and from your home country.
any help would be great.

Don't bother unless you're going to a dangerous place... such as Tijuana.

You can now get insurance from various services, and usually, travel insurance that covers many cases isn’t too pricey. Even though I always try to be careful, using only trusted services, including booking taxis in advance with AtoB https://atobtransfer.com/usa/jfk-taxi-transfers/, reserving hotels, and buying tickets from reputable airlines, you never know what might happen during a trip. So I think investing a little in insurance is important and necessary.

Some companies specialize in insuring travelers like you, who aren’t going back and forth from their home country. Providers like World Nomads or Allianz might be worth a look for international teaching coverage. It could also help to check aaa travel reviews , as they sometimes cover unique situations. Hope you get everything sorted for your move to Mexico!
