How to Create an Online TEFL Course??

I am looking for some advice regarding starting up my own teacher training programme. The face-to-face stuff I can cover but I am wondering how to go about starting an online course? Is there a company out there who designs them or are TEFL companies doing it themselves?

I'm planning to make a 120-hours online Tefl course. Here's my plan:

• A good Learning management System (LMS) for your course;

• A syllabus with the objectives and expected outcomes;

• Syllabus content > videos, demo lessons, interactive content, etc.;

• Assessment types;

• Accreditation for the course;

• Social media sharing and advertising.
