Awesome Employee Rights of China foreign TEFL teachers are hidden!

Less than 10% of the expats now teaching in China even know they have the same rights as Chinese executives since Xi Jin Ping became Presidnet and upgraded our protection under China's Labor laws. We are now even included under the new Privacy Act which means photos and personal information of teachers can not be "publicly disclosed norposted online, without the written consent of the employee". Even more important, we are protected against illegal employment contracts which most all of us were given by recruiters! We can also not be forced to work unpaid overtime, do marketing work if we did not agree to it our contracts, nor be told to lie to parents or students about the employer.
