Cert Ed recognised abroad?

Unread post by CAWhite84 »

Hi all,
I've tried researching the following but not had any luck (although I think I probably already know the answer):

I have a Certificate of Education in the lifelong learning sector (Cert Ed), level 5, from the University of Westminster.
Is this likely to be recognised at all abroad and is there any chance it may be taken as the same/similar to a full degree when looking for work abroad.
I'm planning on taking a 120 hour online TEFL course and want to be able to start looking at potential locations for work once I'm done.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Chris.

If you're looking for a qualification that is widely recognized, don't do an online course. CELTA and Trinity are the ones to get.
