Basically I am curious about what are the major training centers, which ones are good, which ones to avoid? How popular are the bilingual IS's there? What qualifications are required for the training centers, etc?
Appreciate any information that can be provided.

Hello,
You will most probably be limited to bilingual schools without a teaching license, but anyway salaries are rather low. And the competition is terribly high, while most jobs are in Bogota. Depending on your experience, you can try and land a position with The British Council though.
