US Job Prospects Post-TEFL

I've been teaching English abroad for about seven years, and I'm thinking about going back to live in the states. I'm not sure how my TEFL experience will transfer to the US or what other qualifications I might need to find similar work there.

I have:
- A bachelor's degree in English
- A TEFL certificate
- 7 years TEFL experience in various countries (mostly in language schools, but also private bilingual schools and public schools)

How feasible would it be to get, say, an adult ESL job in the states?
