Too much stress in studying

Unread post by vyapk »

Hello everyone. I am a student as well as a private tutor teaching English. Since I have taught several students, I think they got so much stress in learning. They got too much homework, additional classes which make them too tired to really learning

I think stress it's a part of education. I know no person, who has not been stressed with something connected to the educational process.
But I think if you put enough effort, then stress level can be reduced

I think stress is a part of education. It's not something that can be avoided, and it's not always a bad thing. A certain amount of stress can motivate us to study hard and do our best. It's important to learn how to manage stress. There are many different techniques that can help, such as exercise, meditation, and journaling.

Something that caused me a lot of stress at secondary school was realising I was so different from my friends (from Year 9 onwards, they were into make-up, fashion and boys - none of which interested me) but feeling trapped into the friendship circle. I became SO much happy when I finally found people who were more like me in Year 10. Started hanging out with them instead and never looked back

Leave the place where you are studying in order to re-energize. Take your dog for a walk or go alone and spend time in nature for a little while to relax your mind. Spend some time thinking about something other than your study materials.
