Re-Issue of TEFL certificate

Hello there..
I did my online TEFL course with foundation tefl UK last year. My names were incorrectly printed on the certificate. My then employer had no problem with it, as they funded the course.
However now, my new employer needs the document so I am trying to get it re-issued however Foundation Tefl is giving me the run around, they asked me to contact my former employer and they are also giving me the run around and now ignoring my emails.

Has anyone experienced this or can assist me please.?
I need to have this matter resolved ASAP, as I have a job opportunity waiting for m.
