Can’t seem to find a job. Any reliable recommendations?

I can’t seem to find a job. I’ve tried online and local job searches. The last response I got was from a foreign job website but they stopped replying after I sent the requirements they needed from me like an updated resume, cover letter, etc. Can anyone give me any reliable recommendations where I can apply for jobs online? That would really help me out. Thanks.

It would probably help people make meaningful replies if you gave a bit more info. Eg, what does "local" and "foreign" mean? It depends where you are. What country/ies do you want to work in? etc
