TEFL but no degree, where to?

What Latin American countries allow you to teach english without a college degree? I know you can get away with it in any country, but legally, where are you allowed to teach w/o a degree? in South/central America?

I'm afraid I can't give you any information about South America, but I would beware of assuming that one can 'get away with it in any country' - some teachers in Thailand, for example, have landed in prison and been deported for trying.
