The approval letter you receive via email is a critical document. It includes your personal information, visa validity dates, and entry and exit details. Make sure all the information is accurate. Visa on arrival is typically valid at major international airports in Vietnam, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Nha Trang. Make sure you arrive at one of these airports. Be prepared to present the printed approval letter, a printed and filled-out visa application form, two passport-sized photos, your passport, and cash for the visa fee. The fee amount may vary depending on your visa type and nationality. The processing time at the Visa on Arrival desk can vary depending on the airport's traffic and the time of day. Be patient and allow enough time for the process.

To obtain a visa on arrival for Vietnam, you must first apply for an Approval Letter through a reputable Vietnamese travel agency. They will process your application and send you the Approval Letter by email. PaybyPlateMa This letter is essentially a pre-approval that allows you to pick up your visa upon arrival.
