I was wondering if there are any teachers who have made the leap from teaching to managing. If so, would you recommend taking any of the courses offered for ELT management (IDLTM or TESOL ELT Management Certificate program)?
Has anyone done their module 3 in ELT management? Did you feel adequately prepared for ELT Management?
