How to check CELTA authenticity

Hi,

I'm in my first DoS job and I will be hiring new teachers. This is my first time interviewing, although I've been in the EFL industry a long time.

My company does not want fake degrees or CELTAs. Fake documents are very common where I am (Asia).

I've googled and have been to the Cambridge website but have found no way to confirm if a CELTA is real.

How can CELTAs be confirmed as authentic?

Brief update.

I've found out that Cambridge does have a way to CELTA holders to obtain a "certifying number or statement" confirming a person actually did the CELTA.

Now, I'm onto trying to verify degrees.
