Hi! I am working as a human resource manager in a private organization. It is not always necessary that I got the most eligible people for the required post. It takes lots of time to do the selections but they are not up to the mark. I want to know that is there any help which I can get to find out the most eligible people for the required designations.

Recruiting is a art not a science, the best thing you can do is do a full background check, a good interview (a trial class if it is a teacher), and then hope for the best. But you also need to be prepared to let the employee go quickly if you see they are not going to work out.

Have you tried looking on Linkedln? It’s a great database for finding new employees. You can filter what exactly you’re looking for and check whether the person already has any recommendations.
