On posting, job ads are processed quickly and often appear within 30 minutes, seldom more than a few hours.
How can I pay?
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can contact us here for other payment options, including PayPal.
What is the Guarantee you offer?
If for any reason you are not satisfied we offer a 100% No-Questions Asked Money-Back Guarantee within 30 days of posting your first job ad. Your money will be refunded in full if you email email@example.com.
How long does my job ad stay up?
Your job ad stays up for 30 days (unless you ask us to take it down earlier).
Do you offer discounts for job ads?
Yes, you can buy 4 or 12 job ads at a substantial discount. You can post these pre-paid job ads here, either when you buy them or at any time in the future. Or you can just instruct us to repeat your original ad on a regular basis (for example: once a month or three times a week).
Can I include photos with my job ad?
Yes, you can add up to 3 photos free of charge when you post your job ad.
Can I add video?
Yes, you can add any video from YouTube, Vimeo etc and we will embed it in your job ad.
How will I receive job applications from interested teachers?
Teachers will reply to your email address if you post it in your job ad, or click-through to your website if you post the url in your job ad.
Can I cancel or remove my job ad?
Yes, at any time. Please just email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is my job ad shared to social media?
Yes, we share your job ad to our TEFL.net/EnglishClub Group social media pages including Twitter and LinkedIn.
Is my job ad shared by newsletter?
Yes, we share your job ad with subscribers to our weekly email newsletters.
