Worried About Special Needs

Unread postby WyoToChina » Thu Mar 24, 2011 6:38 pm

Do you all know, in China, do they separate the special needs students or group them all together. I am so nervous about the job in general that I do not want to stress out about giving a special needs student the extra attention they deserve...

I definitely agree with their with that. I believe that special needs students who have ADD and ADHD underperform in school because the classes are not structured to help them focus effectively. Children with ADD/ADHD who are not put in an environment where they are understood and their needs met are more at risk to become troubled teens. Institutions like private schools adhd are structured for their needs to excel in certain area.

The programs and academic structures in private-schools-specializing-in-addadhd give students skills that are not just useful within the context of school but also throughout their life.
