How do i replace lost TEFL certificate?

I cant find a head office of sorts for TEFL, and the school where i received the certificate many years ago doesnt seem to be running any more. Any ideas?!

Absolutely there is no "head office" for TEFL. I suggest you give as many details about the certifificate (what school? address? date? exact wording?) or attach a copy. Someone may then be able to advise.
