Telephone Coaching - need advice

Unread post by confuciusjm »

Hi guys,

I wonder if any of you here have tried using telephone coaching to supplement in-class training, especially for students who need more conversational practise but are just to busy to make regular classroom lessons?

Could anyone here recommend a good set of conversation English coursebooks that are divided into interesting, short units of 20-30min?

Thanks

Jones, Leo (2002) Let's Talk, Cambridge University Press:

Level 1 ISBN 978-0-521-69281-6
Level 2 ISBN 978-0-521-69284-7
Level 3 ISBN 978-0-521-69287-8

http://www.cambridge.org/elt/letstalk2/

You will both need a copy of the Student Book, and you will need a copy of the Teacher's Manual.
I offer any information or advice 'as is' and hope that it has been of help. I am not an admin of this board, and my postings do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the board management.
