Can anyone recommend a grammar/TEFL book that is specific to Chinese students, preferably for beginner to intermediate students?

I'm looking for a book that covers any problematic areas for Chinese students of English, like pronunciation difficulties, grammar issues and English language concepts that they find difficult.
