EF schools?|

Unread postby michaelgreensmith55 » Sat Feb 28, 2009 5:37 pm

Hello all,

I have a phone interview soon with a representative from an EF school in Jakarta. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that have taught at these schools and if they knew what they were like, or had any advice?

Thanks Michael

Michael:

You should not start teaching English unless you are ready to correct you own erroneous written grammar. Your mid-sentence question should read:
"...who has"
not
"...that have..."

Very often the students you teach may havealready learned this correct grammar quicker than you, so be careful.

I can't believe that your only contribution to this forum is to nag someone about their grammar. That is very very bad internet manners

There would be nothing wrong with "that has"

Your impatience is not conducive to getting the information you need.
I offer any information or advice 'as is' and hope that it has been of help. I am not an admin of this board, and my postings do not necessarily reflect the opinions of the board management.
