Hi everybody,
I just wanted to know if any of you teach over the internet; and if so, how you go about receiving payment from your students.
Thanks in advance

Paying for classes over the internet

Hi Jane,
I don't but have checked out agencies that advertise for teachers to teach English over the net. They have advised their teachers to use a system called the PayPal system. I think PayPal's webpage address is http://www.paypal.com.
Cheers,

Cheers,

I have some experience in online teaching. Hubert is right, PayPal is the most popular way to pay teachers
Some of the bigger schools (Global English, Englishtown, etc.) use stored value cards, which are essentially ATM/credit/debit cards. Every payday, they load your salary onto the card, and then you can use it as you see fit.

I have encountered online language schools and I see that it is an exciting job.
