Greetings to all! I've only just joined, so I hope you don't mind that my first post is a request like this.
I'm teaching English at a Medical College in China. I'm currently trying to build up a small collection of articles which I can use for reading practise and to stimulate discussion.
I've recently been discussing Galileo and Darwin with many students and I'd like to find a really good article (or two) which basically gives an interesting view of the topic without using language which is too challenging or technical. I'd also like it if the article came down on the side of science rather than religion.
Can anyone help out? A link to a website or two would be nice also.
Do you know where I can find articles on Galileo and Darwin?

Dear Tal,
Welcome to the site. This is an interesting first question.
I don't know of any sites that cover what you mention. You could try looking at Wikipedia or Encarta. Alternatively, you could do a search using your key words (I'm sure you've thought of that already).
I'm copying your question into the general discussion forum so that other users can post a reply.
Good luck
Lucy
