Dear Arun,
I am in the same situation, looking fr a Celta course to sign up. I have no answers, but I will share with you my discoveries. My options are :
ECC Thailnad for Celta ( because they offer very frequent courses, and course fees are cheaper); University of Queensland ( SIT TESOL) because they have a dedictaed department for ESL and other related diploma courses; International House ( Australia).
Do share with me your findings.

I notice that you are tossing up the CELTA in Thailand and the SIT TESOL course in Queensland (among others). Don't forget that the SIT course is also now held in Bangkok at the AUA Language Center, Thailand's largest and - dare I say it - most professional language centre. Perhaps worth considering.
