I have recently started teaching English to my kids and I'm unable to understand the concept of adjectives. During my research i landed on the following sentence from 800score.com
After she returned from the three-week vacation, she looked very well.
What is the mistake in this sentence?

Please review it and help me so that i can teach my kids.
I need to review adjectives

Re: I need to review adjectives
As a British English speaker, the sentence actually seems correct to me, and even more common than "she looked good". They have different meanings though, as "she looked well" means healthy and "she looked good" means attractive, presumably meaning tanned in this case.
I didn't look at the rest of that site, but this was about the most confusing example sentence they could have come up with!
