Business English Course?

I've been trying to find a Business English (teaching) course that's not online, without success.

IHworld sends you to a list -- write the people on the list and get told either "no" or hear nothing -- except the one that says it's reserved for their own grads.

As I have a JD it seems like a natural fit... but how do I find an actual live course?
