Best Location for a TEFL Beginner

Simple question for everyone: Where are the best locations to go for a TEFL beginner?

I have a degree and I'm currently completing the 140 hour TEFL certificate.

So without a full CELTA qualification and without any teaching experience, where am I best to start in terms of a TEFL position?

By that I mean both in terms of what is actually available to me and also what is best for a beginner teacher.

I've read that China and Korea are the obvious starting points. Any other places that people would recommend for a first outing?
