TESOL in Cambodia

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about this course http://www.cactustefl.com/tefl/course.php?course_id=2942

It is a 4-week TESOL course based in Cambodia, including intensive classes in Khmer language and culture. The blurb claims that a job in Cambodia is guaranteed due to the high demand.

It sounds like an amazing experience but I'm concerned that the course is not CELTA validated and also I am skeptical about the enthusiastic claims that I would be guaranteed a job after the course. I'm seriously considering applying so would appreciate any advice or knowledge.
