"he's" vs. "his" And Similar Mistakes: How to Explain?

Hi!

I've had the problem of explaining he's vs his to one of my students. Pretty much the same for There/Their/They're. Does anyone know a good way to explain it? Would it be better to give examples or to make a graph? Both, maybe?

He's is a contraction for he is
His is a possessive form: His coat, I have a pen of his.

These are separate entities, so the best idea is teach them separately without comparing them.

"he's" means "he is".Its is the short way of writing "he is".
Eg:-He is going to Los Angeles.
He's going to Los Angeles.

"his" means anything belonging to a person.
Eg:- She is his sister.
This is his book.
