Best TEFL Courses?

After Celta & Trinity, what is considered a good, worthwhile TEFL certification?

Just looking to see what options are available to me.

Any feedback would be much appreciated

The Cambridge CELTA. The Trinity CertTESOL is probably in second place, followed by the SIT TESOL Certificate, but that can vary depending on what country you want to work in.
