help wanted in getting book reviewed

I have taught EFL for over 20 years and have written a book of ideas for prospective teachers of EFl and other languages. The book is called 'Teaching Language Learners'. Can anyone tell me how I go about getting the book reviewed?

If it's been published and is available for sale, you can contact TEFL.net reviews here:

http://www.tefl.net/reviews/reviewers-guide.htm

Other publications like Modern English Teacher and ELTJ have the email address of their reviews editor in them.
