No degree but 1.6 years away from finishing B.A

I know there are plenty of topics about teaching without a degree but I am hoping to get this specific quesition answered. I will be completing a TEFL course in August. I was just wondering if having three years of university will be recognized or if it is just the same as not having a degree. I am really hoping to teach in Seoul and am wondering if it is possible with three years of uni and a tefl degree or if those years are not recognized.
