It’s not easy to get listening practice but Wikipedia has an archive of spoken articles – useful for this and pronunciation practice. See it at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Spoken_articles.

Yup, it can be tough finding quality IELTS listenings. I have been scouring the net and have set up a wiki for my students with all the quality material I could find (20+ listenings). If you want go have a look, it's all completely free and open access. You can find it at Dominic Cole's IELTS Resources http://ilsielts.wetpaint.com

There are 12 complete Academic IELTS practice tests here: http://www.ielts-exam.net/index.php?opt ... &Itemid=64

I haven't checked them all but the first 2 are very well done.

Thanks for the great links for IELTS Listening practice. Since practice is so important when preparing for the IELTS Exam, I am always looking for interesting places for my students to gain experience.
