Hi everyone,

I think I made a mistake and posted this earlier in the wrong group. Apologies for reposting. Anyway, here is my question: I have a B2 (Upper intermediate) adult ESL student who's going on holidays soon and asked me for some book recommendations to read over the summer. I'm a new teacher (started teaching in April), and have no idea what would be apt for her level.

She likes reading fiction; recently she mentioned she'd been reading Paul Aster and Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated!

I recommend using Graded Readers from Oxford.

It's a great resource because you can choose books appropriate for your students' English level. On the website, you can choose student level, type of book, and other variables.
