Hello! My first time teaching, and teaching in Kosovo. Looking for the best textbook for conversational and/or business English for small classes (5 - 12 people) at the intermediate and advanced stages of learning. (Preferably American English, as I'm from the U.S., but I'll run with whatever is best.)

Appreciate any and all help and notes about why a specific textbook / curriculum works well for you. So far I've seen recommendations for Interchange: Beginners to Intermediate from Cambridge, but also need an advanced textbook.

Thank you!

Rebecca

Hi Rebecca,
Compelling Conversations is a textbook designed to help students carry out meaningful classroom conversations. It has up to 45 chapters each composed of engaging questions, international proverbs, and quotations.
By using the provided questions your students will exchange ideas and experiences in a natural style and engage in educational dialogues.
I think this is a perfect book for the style of class you’re leading.
Good Luck!
