Teaching EAP

The director of the school has asked me to teach a group of students preparing to enter an English universtiy.

I've never done this sort of work before. Can anybody out there give me tips, advise me which books to use in class, methodology to read etc.

All ideas and help will be very welcome.

I've used the course book EAP Now published by Pearsons.

I found it very good for my students.
