Will have to catch - present simple?

I need some help with present simple tense... I think!

John will have to catch the train... is this the present simple tense? or the future somehow?
He likes going out. - present simple?
He likes to go out. - present simple?

He likes going out. - present simple :R:

It is just in future tense. The rest are correct
