online tefl,no teacher,need help to make a lesson plan

i joined an online tefl site, there is no tutoring,it gives links but i need to find material and kinda learn everything for myself,it is a bit daunting, could someone help me make a lesson plan please, i feel that this will get me over a big hump.
this is my first foray into the world of tefl.

There are now abundant TEFL course institutions, online and on-site which offer you many kinds of facilities, services, and other kinds of offers. This may be confusing as all of them give you good offers. Choose carefully..

Hi, thanks for your reply, my post was sent over two years ago, i am now just completing my first year teaching in china and have signed to teach in a university in china for sep 2013.
