Studying for TEFL qualification in Thailand, Vietnam etc

i have seen a few language schools advertising their TEFL courses out in Asia, in particular Thailand, Vietnam or Cambodia. Instead of doing the course here in the UK i thought why not over there.

Would like some kind of beach type destination, dont like big cities. Have a degree and previous teaching experience but not in Englsih.

Does anyone have any recommendations regarding schools, and can i use the certificate in other parts of the world?

My personal suggestion would be not to base your choice of course on its location. That is not an essential criterion if you are looking for a quality course or a certificate that you can use world-wide.
