Qatar/Kuwait?

I have two bachelor's degrees. One is in French and the other is an education degree with a specialization in foreign language education. I have limited teaching experience that was required for my degree (14 weeks). Plus, I had extensive volunteer experience with TESOL in a local school district prior to my degree (200 hours). I am an American citizen. I minored in Modern Standard Arabic and can speak it quite well. In addition, I'm also functional in gulf dialects.

Is it possible that I would find a position in Qatar, UAE (Dubai, specifically), or Kuwait?
