Salary negotiation

Does anyone have experience of salary negotiation in Asia? I have an idea of how to do it back home but it seems so different in Asia. I am afraid of offending my employer. If you have any tips I'd be grateful.

As far as I know there is no salary negotiation in Asia. Most teaching jobs seem to have fixed salaries. To get a better paid job, you would need to examine the job market and apply for the jobs that interest you and for which you consider yourself suitably qualified.
